The Piper Pilot Shop is dedicated to providing quality products and services to our customers. We trust you will like what you have ordered, but if something isn’t right, please let us know.

piperpilotshop.com will only accept returns for the following scenarios:

Our quality control teams do inspect all deliveries to the Piper Pilot Shop to ensure the products you receive meet our quality standards. However, if you do receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us to arrange a free return delivery and replacement or refund.

Returns Process:

Please email nvarner@cestboncreations.com or dhedin@cestboncreations.com with an explanation of return.At that time we will provide a return authorization number.When you send the item(s) back, please place the return authorization number in the label. Please return the product/s to us in the original condition within 10 days of receipt, including a copy of your receipt, and we will assess your return request, and if appropriate, replace or refund your purchase using the original payment method. Please indicate a reason for your return, using the provided detail on your packing slip. Along with this please indicate your preferred remedy (being replacement or refund). All returns should be sent with supporting documentation in original or appropriate packaging to:
